In the year ending September 2022, a total of 1,796 Ghanaians applied for family settlement visa UK. 1,367 applications resolved, 1,134 family settlement visas granted to Ghanaians, and 226 applications rejected. Ghanaians can apply for Expansion Worker visa if they are specialist or senior employees who are assigned for business expansion in the UK.
UK Expansion Worker visa has replaced the Sole Representative of an Overseas Business route. However, the Sole Representative visa will remain open for Media Representatives and those already on Sole Representative visa extending or applying for ILR in the UK.
