Being smack in the middle of Whole30 and missing my sriracha (it's got sugar in it) I decided to turn the ground pork into spicy breakfast sausage to dress up my eggs in the morning. It worked like a charm and I love having little, pre-portioned sausage patties I can grab out of the fridge whenever I want. Plus, my sausage has a lot fewer additives and fillers than store bought.
