This is normal! The best way to start your Whole30 is to ease into it. Start with simple meals that you know you'll enjoy, and be sure to have some snacks on hand in case you get hungry between meals. On days 2-3 you may feel like you're having a hangover. This is where the real work begins.

WEEK 1 NOTES. * Make ahead meals. Prep these meals over the weekend to have on hand for warming up quickly during the week. **Scramble four eggs and season with salt and pepper. Once eggs are cooked add in 2 handfuls of spinach and cook until wilted. Serve with a scoop of sauerkraut.
