Gnocchi All’Arrabbiata

This vegan Gnocchi all'Arrabbiata is spicy, rich, and comforting! This Italian pasta dish gets its name from the Italian word for "angry," referring to the fiery flavor of the sauce. It's often made with Penne pasta, however, I had some gnocchi I wanted to use, and decided to throw together a Gnocchi all'Arrabbiata instead!
