Shred goose. In large pot add 5 cup of homemade broth, add shredded goose meat and barley and 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add corn, green beans (w/half of water from can), tomato sauce, tomatoes, celery, bouillon cube and pepper to taste. Season to taste if needed: pepper, thyme and onion salt.

Transfer back to the pot with remaining soup and heat gently until soup is thickened and the raw flour taste is cooked out, about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf or stock sachet.
