I don't know what pieces of meat they are choosing, but it tastes like the butcher is getting way too close to the bones or it's been heated/reheated too many times before reaching the customer.

Chicken piccata has been quietly remastered. Looks like they added white wine sauce. Less zing overall, far less sauce, and it's not as good. There was not one caper in my pouch of sauce. Was edible, but I was quite disappointed as I had been craving it. The package is a bit thicker, which was my initial tip-off, and the chicken looks different.
